Meet The Administration Team

Jen is the Office Manager here at Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics of Salem. She received her degree in finance at Merrimack College and joined our team in 2020. When not at work, Jen enjoys spending time with her husband and three children outside.

Lisa is one of our appointment coordinators and joined the practice in 2005. She enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, and spending time outside. 

Verna is one of our appointment coordinators and joined our team in 2003. She enjoys welcoming patients into our office and is dedicated to her job at the front desk. In her free time, she enjoys researching her family’s genealogy, along with travelling with her family and friends. Verna and her husband raised two daughters in Salem and now have three grandchildren.

Sabrina is the Orthodontic Financial Coordinator in our office and has been a part of the team since 2019. When she’s not in the office Sabrina enjoys singing, fiber arts, and cooking for her family.

Dyanna joined our team in 2000 as a front desk coordinator and moved into her current role as our Billing Manager and Day Surgery Coordinator. She obtained her degree in Business Administration and has a deep passion for her work. Dyanna has a great respect for being a part of what it takes to create beautiful and healthy smiles while working together with our patients to create a financial plan that fits within their budget. When not at work, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and adult son and daughter. Her hobbies include kayaking, bicycling, boating, hiking, camping, and golfing.
